Frequently Asked Questions

At minimum: a description of the part, target quantity, and material if you know it. A CAD file (STEP preferred) and a PDF drawing showing critical dimensions and tolerances get you the fastest, most accurate quote. If you don’t have all of that yet, send what you have — we’ll tell you what else we need.

Most quote requests get an initial response within one business day. Complex projects — full production runs, tooling design, multi-part orders — may take a bit longer to price accurately, but you’ll hear from a real person quickly either way.

No. We quote single prototypes and full production runs with the same attention to detail. Pricing improves at higher volumes, but there’s no minimum quantity to work with us.

Yes. We treat every design file as confidential by default, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive.
